The Digital Asset Specialist supports the Manager, Digital Content by expanding MGMRI's capacity to upload, organize, store, and provide access to digital content for internal and external teams. This role helps ensure compliance with MGMRI legal standards and procedures by confirming that appropriate contracts and talent releases are in place, tracking asset expiration dates, and archiving expired content. The Digital Asset Specialist also manages the daily ingestion of digital assets into the DAM, ensuring all content is uploaded using established naming conventions, folder structures, and metadata standards to maintain consistency and searchability. This is an on-site position based out of 3260 Sammy Davis Drive, Las Vegas, NV. Manage digital media asset documentation and compliance by reviewing contracts and talent releases for accuracy, coordinating counter signatures, uploading assets, and ensuring all related content includes appropriate metadata, keywords, expiration dates, and linked agreements. Support media asset licensing and renewals by coordinating with talent agencies and photographers to obtain rate quotes, distributing contracts and releases for signature, preparing talent contact sheets, assembling documentation packages for countersignature, and updating assets and contracts with revised expiration dates. Maintain the integrity and organization of the WebDAM digital asset management system by ensuring accurate metadata, keywords, permissions, and system security. Administer user access for the DAM platform by processing requests for internal and external users in accordance with MGMRI permission protocols and providing user support as needed. Ensure proper archival and lifecycle management of media assets by organizing and archiving content within the DAM and local servers to prevent misuse and maintain compliance with licensing requirements. Maintain and update the MGMRI stock image library to ensure assets remain organized, accessible, and aligned with licensing requirements. Support DAM related initiatives and projects as assigned by the Digital Asset Manager.
