Global Operations Project Manager
The Global Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex global initiatives across multiple regions, teams, and disciplines. This role ensures disciplined execution, consistent governance, and operational alignment to approved operating models and ways of working. The Global Operations Project Manager partners closely with global and regional leadership to provide structure, visibility, and risk management across initiatives, enabling scale and consistency across markets. Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global and cross-regional projects, from initiation through delivery and close-out Develop, maintain, and track integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams Ensure delivery against defined scope, priorities, and timelines, escalating risks and issues as appropriate Governance & Operational Rigor Establish and maintain project governance structures, including decision rights and escalation paths Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and documentation across teams and regions Support the development, documentation, and scaling of global operational processes and best practices Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a central coordination point between Global, Regional, and Local teams to align on roles, responsibilities, and dependencies Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and leadership readouts, including agendas, documentation, and follow-ups Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across disciplines and geographies to drive alignment and momentum Operational Reporting & Insights Produce clear, timely project status reporting, including progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes Support operational planning through tracking of resource inputs, capacity considerations, and delivery health indicators Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Change Enablement & Adoption Support Support rollout and adoption of global initiatives, tools, and operating model changes in partnership with global operations teams Monitor readiness and adoption, identifying gaps, risks, or friction points and coordinating corrective actions as needed Contribute to ongoing refinement of processes and ways of working based on feedback and performance outcomes Qualifications
Must have 3+ years within operations, project management or relevant professional experience within a complex, matrixed organization Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-market or global projects in an operations, agency, or consulting environment Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance models, and operational workflows Proven ability to manage ambiguity and balance competing priorities Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality outcomes Strong knowledge and ability in Microsoft Excel Additional Information
