Aftermarket Sales Manager - Huron
The Ag Division of Brandt Holdings is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager for their location in Huron, SD, US, 57350. This role is pivotal in leading the retail Aftermarket business to drive retail efforts in Parts while supporting Service to maximize profitability. Responsibilities include providing clear direction and leadership, emphasizing excellent customer service skills among direct reports, leading by example to create a professional customer experience, executing effective Aftermarket strategies, collaborating with the District Operations Manager/Area Product Support Manager and Service Manager to develop the location's Aftermarket Sales strategy, driving all Aftermarket Sales strategies, partnering with Service Manager to ensure consistent positive customer experiences, taking accountability for the financial performance of the department, exhibiting outstanding communication skills, working with peers to maintain proper on-hand parts inventory, overseeing ongoing inventory processes, and fulfilling other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications include the ability to foster teamwork and cultivate positive relationships with peers, proficiency in database software, online parts books, and standard computer applications like Microsoft Office, willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required, a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of Sales experience, 2+ years of Sales or Retail Management experience, previous experience in the agricultural industry or equipment dealership.
