As a Client Relations Specialist, you won’t just be answering phones – you’ll become the friendly voice, professional face of our agency, engaging daily with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities
Building Connections: Forge meaningful connections with clients, creating lasting relationships, and centers of influence who will refer business to the Agency.
Account Management: Take charge of establishing and maintaining client accounts with a personalized and professional touch. Be an expert in your field!
Insurance Renewals: Review household renewals annually, evaluating coverage options and discussing changes or recommendations.
Network with Other Professionals: It is expected that you will reach out and participate in the community with other professionals so that our Agency attracts high-quality clients.
Client Value Enhancement: Identify discounts and opportunities to enhance the value we provide to our clients.
New Business and Cross-Selling: You will be expected to work leads that come into the Agency. In addition, you will be expected to introduce clients to a diverse range of other insurance and financial services that we offer.
Meticulous Record-Keeping: Ensure the meticulous maintenance of client records for seamless service.

Requirements for the Position Include
Colorado Property and Casualty license.
Colorado Life Insurance license is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
