Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines CSR Opportunity Presented by The James Allen Companies Inc Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This role supports the commercial lines department through a combination of client service, policy administration, and collaboration with producers and carrier partners. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day customer service to commercial lines clients Communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage questions, policy servicing, and underwriting matters Quote new commercial lines business across multiple carriers Submit applications for new business based on information provided by producers Support producers and account teams with policy servicing and documentation Work collaboratively with other team members in a team-oriented agency environment Compensation & Incentives Salary plus Employees earn 10% first-year commission on any new business they write Additional details are outlined in the agency manual provided upon hire Benefits Agency currently pays 85% of health, life, and disability insurance premiums for employees and their families Paid PTO including vacation and sick time Paid holidays as outlined in the employee handbook Retirement benefit program Agency-wide bonus program based on overall company performance Agency Overview Long-standing independent insurance agency established in the early 1900s Approximately 25 employees Roughly $45M in total premium volume Book of business mix: 75% commercial lines, 20% personal lines, 5% life & health Represents many of the major insurance carriers in the marketplace Licensed in multiple states nationwide Utilizes AMS360 (Vertafore) as its agency management system Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break provided This opportunity offers the chance to join a stable, team-focused agency with a long history in the insurance marketplace and a strong commercial lines presence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
