Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable first impression Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently Resolve guest concerns quickly with professionalism and empathy Communicate clearly with housekeeping and management Maintain accurate reservations and billing records Anticipate guest needs before they ask Uphold the hotel’s high standards of guest satisfaction What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
