The Role: DailyPay, the leading provider of On-Demand Pay, is seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Senior Associate, Corporate Communications to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, this role is designed for a candidate who is eager to learn and possesses a "can-do" mentality to navigate an evolving environment.

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to be a team-player and collaborate with the entire Communications team and across the business to achieve shared goals. This role sits at the heart of our organization, requiring a high level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining our position as a trusted source of internal information.

Experience:

2-4 year(s) working in a corporate communications, internal communication, or public relations function. Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Communication Drafting & Coordination:

Draft internal materials including Slack messages, company-wide emails, and announcements. Oversee the communications calendar to ensure a consistent and organized flow of information.

Project Support & Execution:

Support the development of communication plans for major initiatives and ad-hoc requests, by drafting communications and helping move projects through approval and rollout phases.

Support Company-wide Town Hall:

Help develop messaging drafts, deck creation, talking points, and employee engagement for company-wide Town Halls.

Company Newsletter:

Manage the end-to-end creation and distribution of the company newsletter, working in Axios HQ, leveraging "Smart Brevity." Source content from across the business, draft engaging copy, manage layout, and ensure timely delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with stakeholders across the business to assist in the execution of communication campaigns, aligning closely with business objectives.

Process Maintenance:

Manage and update the Internal Communications Tracker, ensuring all internal channels are integrated and documentation is current.
