MetroLINK is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help bring our brand to life and strengthen the connection between public transit and the community we serve. About the Role As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be the creative voice behind our public outreach. Your work will shape how riders experience transit, from the campaigns they see to the information they rely on.
You will:
Develop and execute creative, community-focused marketing campaigns
Write clear, engaging, and professional content across multiple platforms
Establish and maintain client relationships with industry leaders, strategic partners, schools, and other community groups
Support community outreach and public engagement initiatives
Act as an internal liaison, keeping individuals and/or departments informed of new developments and accomplishments with area businesses
Maintain brand consistency and ensure a polished public image
Who We're Looking For You are equal parts creative and composed, someone who can tell a compelling story while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
You bring:
Strong writing skills with a creative edge
Confident, polished communication abilities
Attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation
Maintains a professional appearance and consistently exhibits professionalism when interacting with members of the public
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
3-5 years of marketing and/or public relations experience
