Physician Marketing Liaison
to help strengthen relationships with referring providers and increase awareness of our services.

Job Summary The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with local physicians, medical groups, and healthcare professionals. This role also supports marketing and social media initiatives to help grow the practice’s visibility.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, APPs, and office managers
Conduct in-person outreach visits to medical offices and healthcare organizations
Educate providers and staff about practice services, specialties, and new offerings
Track referral patterns and identify opportunities for growth
Serve as a point of contact for referring offices to resolve issues and improve communication
Assist with community events, health fairs, and provider education programs
Support marketing efforts, including:
Assisting with social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Helping create content, graphics, and provider announcements
Supporting practice newsletters or email campaigns
Prepare reports on outreach activity, competitive insights, and referral trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience in physician relations, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development (preferred)
Experience with social media management or creating marketing content is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with clinical teams
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Skills
Familiarity with ENT or specialty medical services (preferred but not required)
Ability to create or collaborate on social media content
Basic understanding of marketing metrics or CRM tools
Strong presentation and networking skills
