Position Overview We are seeking a full‑time Relationship Advisor I to join our branch in Madison. The Relationship Advisor engages members in meaningful conversations to advise them on lending and financial products and services. The role involves member account transactions, retail operations, and ensuring the safety and security of the branch.

Essential Functions

Creates value by engaging members during discussions and transactions, educating and advising on products, services, and lending.

Proactively engages members, providing problem‑solving and tailored financial solutions.

Maintains subject matter expertise in products, services, and financial literacy. Continues to grow through learning and certification.

Participate in the required Learning Path for continuous development and eventual promotion to Relationship Advisor III or other roles.

Education & Experience

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

One to three years of related experience, including preparatory experience. (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.)

Preferred

3–5 years related experience.

Multistate licensing (National Multistate Licensing).

Spanish/English interpreter ability (eligible for interpreting differential).

Compensation & Benefits Starting wage is $24.42 per hour. Eligible positions also receive a comprehensive benefits package.
