We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to support Strategy & Business Development by driving strategic initiatives, operating cadence, and executive-level reporting. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution across complex, high-priority initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations, who thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. What You'll Do

Executive Reporting & Narrative Building Develop executive-ready PowerPoint materials for senior leadership, including strategic updates, decision memos, operating reviews, and board-level content Synthesize complex, cross-functional inputs into clear narratives, insights, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations Ensure materials focus on decision implications and executive clarity, not just status reporting Business Operations & Operating Cadence Own the operating cadence: agenda setting, pre-reads, KPI rollups, action tracking, and follow-through Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards and scorecards tracking performance against strategic priorities Build lightweight, repeatable processes that improve visibility, accountability, and decision speed Strategic Initiatives & Problem Solving Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through execution and issue resolution Build structured business cases and quantitative analyses to support prioritization and investment decisions Independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams, escalating risks and decisions crisply Stakeholder Management Partner across Strategy, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Legal Influence without authority to drive alignment and resolve dependencies Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Demonstrated executive-level PowerPoint storytelling skills Advanced Excel capability including KPI tracking, scenario analysis, and business case support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications

Automotive, EV, mobility, manufacturing, or industrial experience Experience supporting executive leadership or governance processes Familiarity with KPI frameworks, OKRs, and operating models Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or SQL Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Base Pay Range (Annual): $117,100 - $161,040 USD Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
