Oversee multiple large-scale concrete projects (typically 4-6 simultaneously). Lead and manage self-perform crews and subcontractors. Drive project execution including scheduling, manpower planning, and budgeting. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control measures. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, PMs, and design teams. Run jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties. Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track. Monitor progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent (structural concrete preferred). Strong background in commercial or structural concrete construction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously. Experience with large-scale projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, or institutional). Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and production planning. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. What's on Offer
