Giving and Grants Manager

On Line Design is currently looking for a Giving and Grants Manager to drive donor revenue and build the pipeline of foundation support under $10,000 for a non-profit focused on reducing food waste in the Cincinnati, OH area. In this role you will be asked to lead the development of a donation pipeline, write grant proposals, track performance, and support donor communications.
Responsibilities
Execute and develop individual giving strategy in partnership including leveraging multi-channel methods including email, direct mail, and digital Monitor revenue goals and provide regular reporting on the process towards achieving the set fundraising goals Coordinate stewardship touchpoints with donors and partner with the communications team to assist with donor messaging Maintain a pipeline for small foundation and corporate grant opportunities Identify, write, and submit grant proposals for awards under $10,000 Support senior staff or contracted writers in the development of larger grant proposals Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, psychology, or similar 3-5 years of experience in giving and/or grant writing Experience with nonprofit fundraising Strong written communication skills including the ability to target different audiences Demonstrated experience managing multiple deadlines with high attention to detail Preferred qualifications
