Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a professional and energetic manner to understand their needs, preferences, and budget

Guide customers through the full sales process—from initial contact to vehicle delivery—ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience

Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features, benefits, and value

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals

Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, text, and email to maintain engagement and drive results

Stay knowledgeable on all Hyundai products, current incentives, and competitive market trends

Work collaboratively with management and the finance team to structure deals and meet customer needs

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system

Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented cultureWillingness to learn and continuously improve through coaching and training

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
