Summary The User Adoption Specialist focuses on improving operational efficiency by bridging the gap between complex technologies and end users, training staff on how to utilize varying software tools. The User Adoption Specialist shall conduct training sessions, provide material development, evaluation, and ongoing training support. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to ensure employees effectively utilize technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead adoption strategies for new and existing systems, including agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft tools
Identify adoption risks and resistance points; develop and implement mitigation strategies
Design and execute initiatives to improve user engagement and system utilization
Develop and deliver training materials, including guides, tutorials, and documentation aligned with organizational standards
Drive adoption and education around AI tools and resources (e.g., Copilot and other emerging technologies)
Champion process documentation updates and workflow optimization efforts
Monitor system utilization metrics and analytics to identify gaps and improve adoption and compliance
Partner with IT and support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the user experience
Promote best practices, consistency, and standardization across the organization
Support change management initiatives tied to system and process enhancements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience
in user adoption, training, change management, or business analysis
Experience within the
insurance industry
preferred
Familiarity with
Applied Epic, Epic Benefits Builder, and CSR24
Working knowledge of
Salesforce
and Microsoft tools (especially Teams, Copilot, and Excel)
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive insights and decisions
