The Fountain Group is currently seeking a SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) Consultant for a prominent client of ours. This is a 100% Remote role.
Pay Rate – Open for the right candidates
8½ months assignment with HIGH possibility of extension
Job Description We are looking for an SAP APMe consultant to work as a UAT Lead for our client. The candidate will work with the client's SAP APMe implementation team and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required / Preferred Skills
2+ years of experience in SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) enterprise edition software.
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Experience in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers.
Experience in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products.
Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules.
Utilize the technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates. Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations.
