This position is open to both C2C and W2 consultants
Overview Work as UAT Lead supporting client's SAP APMe implementation team Collaborate closely with stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication required Key Responsibilities
Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) Enterprise Edition Design/manage commission and incentive plans for external Producers Handle agent, membership, premium, and commission data across multiple insurance products Work across modules: Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, Agent Connection Provide technical inputs for solution design and effort estimation Lead discovery sessions, technical discussions, and client presentations Requirements
2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management experience Strong experience in commission calculations and payment processes US health insurance domain experience (preferred)
