Overview Farm d' Allie Golf Club in Louisiana is a spectacular eighteen-hole championship golf course crafted by Golf Course Architect Jeffery D. Blume. Comprised of 215 acres, much of the course is situated in what the Acadians called bottomland or Beau Bassin, which was once the riverbed of the mighty Mississippi.

Experience Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience working as an Assistant Golf Professional under a Head Golf Professional.

Proven club experience with strong knowledge of golf operations, including course and shop management.

Demonstrated ability to foster a team environment and a soft-nature personality suitable for customer and staff relations.

Proficiency with modern computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and specialized golf management/tournament software.

PGA/LPGA Apprenticeship or Certification required.

Essential Responsibilities Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and aspiring golf professional who is prepared to earn growth and advancement. The starting base compensation will be determined by your current qualifications and experience. We utilize a performance-driven compensation structure that includes structured incentives designed to increase your total annual earnings.

, ensuring that high-contributing individuals are rewarded for their proven abilities and positive impact on daily operations and revenue goals.

This role is a direct path for an individual looking to grow into a Head Golf Professional position. You will work in close collaboration with the ownership and management team, focusing on the daily golf operations and driving the overall success of the course. The ideal start date for this position is April 15, 2026.

This role requires a primary focus on maximizing daily fee rounds and increasing revenue while ensuring an exceptionally high level of service is maintained for both pass holder members, their guests and public play.

Golf shop Counter: Understanding the golf shop tee time scheduling system (Club Prophet) building knowledge and expertise with customer relations and the duties of golf shop counter staff.

Tournament and Outing Execution:Organize events with management team, golf shop leader and outside cart staff. Must have the ability and understanding of score cards, cart plates and stagging for golf events. Score board set up and scoring for golf events.

Merchandise and Retail Management:Display and actively sell golf merchandise and soft goods to maximize retail revenue. Learn the inventory system of properly checking in merchandise and tagging for display.

Staff Oversight and Training:Work with your lead manager with outside operations, cart staff employees, driving range organization, cart stagging protocols for regular play and events, cleaning and maintenance of golf cart fleet. Develop repour with outside staff, help with understanding manners and protocol to ensure efficient, professional, and friendly delivery to golfers for a premier experience.

Professional Standards and Teamwork:Maintain the highest professional standards by communicating effectively with all the golf course guests, members, staff, owners, and management. Must understand and foster a positive, collaborative teamwork environment among supervised employees.

Administrative Support:Utilize modern computer skills for administrative tasks, including tee sheet management, inventory systems, and club/outing tournament software.
