Freelance Sr. Designer with Hospitality/Luxury Exp
Laser Talent Group, New York, NY, United States
We’re working with a design-forward studio in NYC looking to add a
Senior Designer
to the team. This role is focused on branding and campaigns in the
ultra-high-end residential and hospitality space . The work is aspirational, cinematic, and very considered. It’s not loud or trend-driven — it’s about restraint, taste, and craft. You’d be designing across brand systems, campaigns, and digital, and also contributing to the
art direction of photography and film . A big part of the role is translating physical spaces — architecture, interiors, environments — into something that feels emotional and elevated visually. They’re looking for someone who: Has 5–10 years in a strong studio or agency environment Has a portfolio with real taste — clean, intentional, not overworked Understands typography, layout, and pacing at a high level Has worked in or adjacent to luxury (real estate, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, etc.) Can think conceptually but is also very strong hands‑on Is comfortable contributing to shoots and visual direction The reference point is studios doing
elevated, culturally aware, design-led work
— not generic real estate marketing. Think confident, minimal, and highly crafted. This is a good role for someone who cares about the work and wants to be in a place where the bar is high and the output reflects that.
