Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting the growth of the company by developing and executing business development strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting company products and services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of strategies to grow the company's business Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends Build, maintain, and manage strong client relationships Promote company products and services to prospective and existing customers Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) and account development activities Create, update, and distribute marketing and business development materials Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and growth initiatives Provide high-quality service to clients throughout the business development process Core Skills & Competencies: Business development and relationship management Market research and opportunity analysis Client communication and customer service Marketing material creation and presentation Organizational and follow-up skills Ryan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
