A nationwide company is opening a new office in the area. The company is actively seeking a full time Customer Service Representative who is immediately available. Office hours are full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls while providing basic customer service. Answer questions regarding status of claim, accept payment over the phone, update accounting billing or contact information. Assist with coordinating the appointments of the office sales team. Perform basic clerical, administrative and data entry functions as assigned. Qualifications
No less than 1 year of professional experience Intermediate computer skills Type 30 wpm or greater Bilingual is not required to qualify for this role; however applicants who are articulate in both English and Spanish are encouraged to apply
