Position Summary The Vice President/Senior Director, Ticketing & Corporate Partnerships will serve as a key member of the Colorado Switchbacks FC leadership team. This role is responsible for the strategic direction and daily management of the club’s two largest revenue generating departments: Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships. The VP/Senior Director will be tasked with driving record-breaking attendance at Weidner Field while simultaneously securing high-value corporate partners. This is a "player‑coach" role, requiring the candidate to lead a diverse team of sales professionals while personally identifying, pitching, and closing sponsorship deals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Departmental Leadership: Oversee the Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships departments, providing mentorship, setting aggressive revenue targets, and ensuring a high-performance culture.

Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage the Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnership teams, implementing best-in-class CRM practices and sales methodologies.

Corporate Sales Leadership: Act as the primary closer for the club’s most significant partnership opportunities; develop creative sponsorship packages that leverage the unique atmosphere of Weidner Field.

Ticketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for season tickets, group outings, and premium seating to maximize stadium capacity.

Partnership Activation: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure all corporate partner assets are delivered with excellence and provide a high return on investment for sponsors.

Premium & Hospitality Oversight: Drive the sales strategy for the premium seating areas at Weidner Field, ensuring a luxury experience that attracts the region's top business leaders.

Community & Business Engagement: Represent the Switchbacks at local business events, chambers of commerce, and through the Switchbacks Business Alliance to expand the club’s corporate footprint.

Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the annual revenue and expense budgets for both departments, providing regular performance updates to the VP, Sales & Marketing, President and ownership.

Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Required Education/Training and Experience

5+ years of experience in professional sports sales, with a proven track record in both B2B (sponsorship) and B2C (ticketing) environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams in a fast-paced, growth‑oriented sports organization.

Compensation $100,000 to $120,000 annually plus a performance based bonus plan.
