'Make the life of your customers simpler and more profitable' Christian Reiher, area sales manager DACH inepro ID The New Business Developer Role The global market for secure identification and authentication is growing by more than 10% each year, and our ambition is to grow even faster. We’re looking for an experienced business acquisition professional who can develop and execute a sales strategy to open up new markets and partnerships, create upsell opportunities, and increase our market share. With determination and persistence, you’ll negotiate, close deals, and hit your targets. You’ll use cold calling and social selling to generate leads and build relationships. You present yourself professionally, both in person and on LinkedIn. Your days are filled with online meetings and international travel to prospects, customers, and summits. You’ll organise webinars and product demos at partner events, continuously generating new leads and tracking progress. You’ll also listen closely to your partners, analyse performance, and share insights and results with the management team to help refine the roadmap. At inepro, we don’t believe in one-time sales; we build long-term customer relationships and develop profitable partner programs. You’ll collaborate closely with our commercial, marketing, and R&D teams.
Wat breng jij mee?
Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare consultative selling rol met een bewezen succesvol trackrecord.
Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
De wil en flexibiliteit om internationaal zaken te doen en te reizen. Zeker 35% van je tijd reis je internationaal. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
Ervaring met multi level stakeholder management en onderhandelen op directieniveau.
Goede beheersing van Engels in woord en geschrift.
Ervaring met en discipline in het gebruik van CRM-systemen (bijvoorbeeld HubSpot of Salesforce).
Enthousiasme, pro-activiteit en een teamspeler mentaliteit.
What you bring
At least 7 years of experience in a similar consultative selling role with a proven successful track record.
A completed bachelor’s degree
The flexibility and drive to do business internationally — you’ll travel around 35% of your time. A valid driver’s license is required.
Experience in multi-level stakeholder management and negotiating at the executive level.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Experience and discipline in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
A proactive, enthusiastic team player mentality.
What inepro offers
A monthly salary between €5,000 and €7,000, plus an annual bonus plan (OTE €14,000). Exceptional performance can earn you a bonus of up to €35,000.
24 vacation days, with the option to purchase 5 extra, 8% holiday allowance, and a solid pension scheme.
