is seeking a **Manager of Growth & Market Strategy** to directly support the General Manager of Service Fusion. This role will act as an extension of the GM—helping translate strategic priorities into execution across the business while ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress against key initiatives. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, analytical rigor, and the ability to The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment—someone who can connect the dots across teams, identify gaps, and drive initiatives forward without direct authorty.**Responsibilities:****Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:**- 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, or consulting roles- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Operations teams- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrixed environmentExperience with data analysis, reporting, and business case developmentExperience with Systems including CRMs, Billing, Reporting to accurately pull data for analysis- Strong project and program management skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously- Ability to synthesize data and business context into insights- Ability to work across teams without direct authority- Strong stakeholder management skillsThe EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. The target base compensation for this position is **$****120,000 to $140,000 USD** per year.
