Business Development Representative (B2B sales exp. req.) Description

Our client, a commercial facilities services company, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Burr Ridge. This role focuses on generating new commercial service contracts while also supporting and growing existing customer relationships. Majority of your time will be spent on prospecting new opportunities within the Chicagoland and NW Indiana markets. If you are looking for an opportunity with

Business Development Representative (B2B sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business for commercial services

Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects in the CRM

Follow up with leads to drive contract opportunities

Develop and present service proposals and pricing quotes

Build and maintain relationships with property managers and building owners

Conduct sales conversations primarily by phone, with occasional in-person meetings

Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests

Follow up on quotes to advance deals through the sales cycle

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and service alignment

Track all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system

3+ years of

B2B

business development experience required

Hunting/lead generation background

required

Experience using a CRM required

Ability to work
