Job Description Razorfish is seeking a Contract Associate Director, Data & Analytics to join our team. Candidates should be proficient in building and applying website KPI frameworks, analyzing and reporting on website performance, providing insights to inform UX design. Day-to-day tools include Adobe Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Analyze website performance data (overall trends, clickstream, pathing, UX, heatmapping) to uncover meaningful insights, across multiple lines of business

Create and maintain regular reporting related to site performance, A/B and creative tests

Create complex segments based on page, visit, and visitor-level criteria and filters

Build ad-hoc analyses as needed to unearth page, experience, and user-level learnings

Independently prioritize analytical needs of team and business, based on complexity, timing, and visibility

Perform basic statistical analysis, such as calculating statistical significance, distributions, etc.

Effectively communicate analyses and provide the “so-what” to internal and client stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications

The applicant should have at least 7 years of work experience in a business environment, and at least 5 years with experience successfully working with strategy and UX website teams

Experience with Adobe Analytics

A storyteller, be able to make sense of data and extrapolate meaningful and actionable insights

Experience in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint

Experience in the any or multiple areas below would be a plus:

Advanced knowledge of website tagging or tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc)

Paid or owned media campaign knowledge that would drive to a website

Website design/customer experience

Compensation Range: $74 - 96/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
