This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact partnerships function within a fast-growing, global fintech environment. You will define and execute the overall partnerships strategy, turning partner relationships into a primary growth channel and enabling ecosystem-led expansion. The position involves building scalable, product-led partner programs, optimizing partner performance, and driving revenue through co-selling, referrals, and indirect channels. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to embed partnerships into the core operating model. Success requires a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. You will thrive in a dynamic, remote-first setting where innovation, ownership, and execution speed are valued.
Accountabilities:
Define and execute the global partnerships strategy, building a product-led partner ecosystem
Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle execution, from sourcing to activation and revenue contribution
Establish commercial and incentive models to align partner behavior with company objectives
Expand into new partnership channels, including consultants, system integrators, and platforms
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to integrate partnerships into operations
Develop a data-driven approach for partner performance tracking and continuous optimization
Build and scale a high-performing partnerships team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
Proven track record of generating revenue and building pipeline through partnerships
Experience in fintech, payments, or related technology ecosystems, ideally across PSPs, platforms, or infrastructure
Strong commercial and deal‑making skills for complex, high‑value agreements
Ability to translate strategy into execution with clear metrics, repeatable processes, and operational rigor
Executive‑level stakeholder management skills, credible with senior partners and internal leadership
People leadership experience, including hiring, structuring, and scaling teams
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mentality
