restoration organization is seeking a
Project Director based in Nashville
to lead
large-loss commercial rebuild projects
following fire, water, and storm damage. This role is ideal for someone who understands
commercial reconstruction and restoration estimating
and can confidently scope projects, build accurate estimates, and work directly with adjusters, consultants, and property owners to move rebuild projects forward.
Strong Xactimate experience is essential.
What You’ll Do Scope commercial property damage and develop
accurate Xactimate estimates Write reconstruction scopes for
large commercial rebuild projects Work directly with
insurance adjusters, consultants, and property stakeholders Support operations teams to ensure successful project completion Manage multiple opportunities across the region Build relationships that generate
future restoration and reconstruction work
What We’re Looking For Strong Xactimate estimating experience (required) Background in
commercial restoration, reconstruction, or large-loss construction Experience working with
insurance carriers and adjusters Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities Sales-oriented professional comfortable developing relationships and new business
