High Profile Mid-sized Fund seeks
Portfolio Implementation Associate
to support a
global equities trading team .
You will play a critical role in the implementation of investment strategies across the firm, working with Portfolio Managers and Traders to ensure portfolios are invested in line with guidelines and their respective investment models.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor cash flows and account guidelines
Trade client accounts – invest/divest assets as appropriate, rebalance accounts, etc.
Communicate with Trading and Compliance teams
Create and implement trades
Monitor compliance with investment policies
Monitor portfolio positioning including cash balances, corporate actions, and adherence to a model portfolio
Assist with client cash needs
Monitor broker commission targets
Actively participate in optimization oversight through interaction with Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience working in operations, trading or middle office
Experience with trade settlement
Self-starters with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, prioritizing tasks and managing strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, have a strong work ethic, and a problem-solving attitude
Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Completed college degree required, Finance, Economics or related course of study preferred
