Junior Industrial Designer

Key Responsibilities

Work with multiple project teams across all phases of industrial design and development—including design research, design concept /language development, CAD modeling, Supplier engagement, design specifications, and more.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality design solutions and foster strong working relationships.

Review and evaluate design concepts and project activities to ensure alignment with design standards, usability goals, and product requirements.

Contribute to project timelines, working closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to meet key milestones.

Apply domain expertise to support cross‑organizational initiatives and product strategies.

Translate ideas into tangible outcomes through concept development, presentations, and design execution

Support innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and evolving design language.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance design processes, quality, and team effectiveness.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial design or product development.

Knowledge & Skills

3D Modeling and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro‑E, Rhino, etc)

Industrial Design, Product Design, and New Product Development

Prototyping and Manufacturing Processes

Basic understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering principles

UX/UI fundamentals, user research, and visual communication

Project and workflow management

Cross‑Functional Competencies

Effective communication

Customer‑centric mindset

The pay range for this role is

$83,000

to

$127,800

USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
