Senior Real Estate Analyst/Associate - Development

Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing real estate investment firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. This role will report to the director of acquisitions and will be a key player in underwriting new deals, assisting with development, and various related financial operations. Responsibilities: Conduct market research, develop detailed knowledge of targeted markets and present to senior management Create financial models and discounted cashflows for new acquisitions Underwrite commercial and other real estate asset classes Assist with investor reporting Create waterfall models Various related responsibilities Requirements: 3-5 years of related real estate underwriting experience Strong experience in financial modeling (Argus and Excel preferred)
