Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Industrial Real Estate Broker to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. This full‑time, on-site role involves assisting clients in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of industrial real estate properties. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategies to meet client goals, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with internal teams, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on industry developments are also integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, property leasing, and industrial property markets
Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and client representation skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation
Highly organized with excellent time management and ability to prioritize
Self‑motivated, with a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving results
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
California Real Estate License required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
