About the Role As Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations for a LEED Silver‑certified, garden‑style luxury community featuring high‑end amenities and a premier waterfront location. You’ll be responsible for driving lease‑up strategy, maximizing occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience while building and leading a high‑performing on‑site team. This role is best suited for a confident, self‑directed leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and can quickly assess opportunities, implement strategy, and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day‑to‑day property operations, including leasing, financial performance, and team management
Drive lease‑up efforts with a strong focus on occupancy growth and revenue optimization
Deliver a best‑in‑class resident experience aligned with a high‑end luxury product
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve leasing velocity and NOI
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing on‑site team
Partner closely with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve asset goals
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and operational excellence
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in Class A or luxury multifamily
Lease‑up experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to operate independently and drive results in underperforming or evolving assets
Strong leasing acumen and a proactive, ownership‑minded approach
Experience in the Florida market required
Polished, professional presence with a focus on delivering an elevated resident experience
