We are seeking a Full‑Time Porter to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be hard‑working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude. Applicants must be US citizens and possess an active Top‑Secret SCI Clearance. Minimum of two years of cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing experience required. Key Responsibilities: Buffing the floors Performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Emptying trash Cleaning the lobby area, hallways and bathrooms Dusting, cleaning doors and glass Removing litter Refilling all paper products Cleaning kitchen/break areas Providing professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
