We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role manages loan files from approval through clear to close, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with lending guidelines.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and communicates effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties.
Fast-Paced Environment Expectations
Manage a pipeline of multiple loans simultaneously (typically 15+)
Loan conditions sent to borrowers within 24hrs of approval
Prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
Respond quickly to emails, calls, and system updates
Adapt to changing guidelines and urgent requests
Maintain high accuracy despite heavy workload
Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers during processing
Work closely with: Loan Officers
Request and follow up on conditions and missing documentation
Track loan progress and meet critical deadlines
