Provide excellent customer service and sales support to clients in Charleston, SC Hold a valid Real Estate License and possess in-depth knowledge of real property in the area Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local real estate industry Intent to drive and grow a career Continuing training Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills throughout property transactions Establish and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction Display self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach in all real estate endeavors Previous experience in real estate sales is advantageous Qualifications
Full-time commitment : 40+ hours/week dedicated to building your real estate business (part-time opportunities available separately) Education : High school diploma required; college degree preferred Licensing : Active South Carolina Real Estate License or willingness to obtain within 90 days Transportation : Reliable and available for client appointments, showings, and events Skills & Attributes
