Role highlights
Expand revenue by proactively calling on national and local customers.
Source and cultivate new business via outbound calls and persistent follow-up.
Draft quotes, bids, and proposals; negotiate within company pricing parameters.
Shepherd projects from initial bid through to completion.
Advise on products and coordinate closely with operations to hit delivery timelines.
Assist with A/R and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales documentation.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of inside sales (construction or steel preferred).
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation chops.
Multi-account management skills and a record of meeting sales goals.
Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM familiarity is a plus.
Rewards Estimated total compensation range: $75,000–$90,000 including commission (experience and results considered).
