is an ACP subsidiary functioning as a full‑service real estate development company specializing in new construction and preservation of affordable housing throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. ACRUVA is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL, with offices in Deerfield Beach, Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico, and a team of 15 real‑estate professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Finance and Development teams with research, data mining, and analysis

Assist in the full acquisition process, including site selection, market research, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities

Analyze zoning, entitlements, development feasibility, and constructability for prospective development sites

Collaborate on deal analysis and financial modeling to assess project viability and returns

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the acquisitions team by supporting cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc tasks as needed

Participate in meetings with brokers, lenders, and prospective partners to support relationship development and deal sourcing

Review, summarize, and support the negotiation of legal documents related to acquisitions and partnerships

Coordinate and evaluate third‑party due diligence reports, including environmental, geotechnical, and market assessments

Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials, presentations, and reporting packages

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Current undergraduate student, first‑year MBA student, graduate student, or 1L/2L in law school

Highly analytical and collaborative

Strong work ethic and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills
