Position Overview This is not your typical “answer-the-phone” role. Our Customer Service Representative is the front line of the business—responsible for managing incoming calls, capturing and qualifying leads, scheduling jobs, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things organized and moving efficiently, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Capture and input new leads accurately into the system
Schedule jobs efficiently, optimizing routes and technician availability
Coordinate between customers, field technicians, and internal team members
Maintain organized records of calls, jobs, and customer communications
Follow up on leads and unscheduled estimates to improve close rates
Ensure fast response times (“speed to lead”) and a seamless customer experience
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
What Success Looks Like
Leads are responded to quickly and consistently
Schedules are full, efficient, and well-communicated
Customers feel taken care of from first contact to job completion
Nothing falls through the cracks
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office tools
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Previous CSR, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred (but not required)
