Pay Rate: $65-70/hr on W2 basis
Job Title: Senior UX Designer for Streaming Services Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the development of internal tools' user experience, focusing on clarity and efficiency for power users. The ideal candidate will create visionary customer experiences and translate complex telemetry data into user-friendly interfaces. This role involves close partnerships with Design Technologists and Engineers to ensure design integrity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive end-to-end UX design strategies for specialized internal tools.
Craft and maintain a visionary approach to customer experiences, influencing cross-functional teams.
Execute high-quality visual designs across interaction, visual, and motion design subdomains.
Convert complex telemetry data into clear, functional interfaces providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design Technology teams to resolve technical constraints and maintain UI integrity.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced skills in Figma and related design prototyping tools.
Expert level in user-centered design principles.
Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently.
Industry Experience:
Proven experience in the video or streaming sectors (e.g., Netflix, Twitch) or media asset management is highly preferred.
