
Service Desk Analyst

Tier 1 to Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst
Provide technical support to users and systems within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT support, and some experience in biomanufacturing environment is highly preferred. This role requires hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Windows OS desktop, and O365 applications, with a preference for candidates with O365 administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end‑users in a manufacturing environment.
Handle a range of ticket requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Support and manage Active Directory, Windows OS desktop, and O365 applications.
Perform O365 administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with GxP/GmP standards and protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and track all support activities in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and support systems.
