At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners.

The Job OMG23 | Disney Entertainment Account | Strategy
OMG23 is looking for an Assistant Media Planner to help shape the future of entertainment marketing. You’ll work on campaigns that blend storytelling and strategy—supporting integrated initiatives with exposure to both digital and offline channels. This is your chance to learn how data, creativity, and innovation connect audiences to the magic of Disney.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and execution of FYC media plans across digital and traditional channels
Assist in audience research and data gathering to inform smart, insight-driven strategies
Maintain planning documents, campaign trackers, and budget reports
Collaborate with internal teams on creative, activation and analytics
Pull campaign data and help identify key learnings and optimization opportunities
Monitor budgets, billing and vendor deliverables to keep everything running smoothly
Stay up-to-date on media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Passion for media, marketing or entertainment
Comfortable in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote; bonus points for research or analytics tools
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
Compensation Range
Pay range: $40,000—$40,000 USD
Benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographical location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
