We are seeking a detail-oriented
Customer Contract Specialist
to support contract lifecycle management and daily operations. This role focuses on reviewing, processing, and maintaining customer contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Ideal candidates are highly organized, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Review, process, and manage customer contracts throughout the full lifecycle
Support daily contract management operations, including provisioning and approvals
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of contract-related data and processes
Collaborate with internal teams to support account management and customer retention efforts
Maintain and improve contract management workflows and back-office processes
Track and support mission-critical projects and ensure successful execution
Analyze contract data and identify opportunities for process improvement
Assist team members and provide operational support as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of experience in contract management, operations, or related business role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with contracts in energy, utilities, or regulated industries
Understanding of contract lifecycle management and provisioning processes
Knowledge of budgeting and basic accounting principles
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple business units
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Strong customer service orientation and ability to support retention initiatives
Experience working in a team-based, collaborative environment
