The Integrated Consulting Group (ICG) is a collaborative effort merging Oliver Wyman's Actuarial and Management Consulting teams. We work on diverse projects for Insurers and Asset Managers, leveraging both technical actuarial skills and strategic insights to deliver transformative experiences for clients. Our services encompass a variety of topics, including underwriting, pricing, strategy development, M&A, financial effectiveness, product management, operational excellence, and distribution. Develop operational frameworks for Finance and Actuarial functions of insurers, enhancing their data capabilities and technology for product design, pricing updates, and reserve calculations. Establish greenfield insurers through comprehensive strategies, from technology selection to implementation. Design multi-year corporate strategies for Independent Broker Dealers that encapsulate product development, distribution, operations, and technology. Role

The applicable base pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with the number of actuarial exams completed. Compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, and education. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
