Territory‑Based Role Applicants must reside within or near the assigned territory.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities

Support and facilitate growth in existing Medicaid accounts for Wound Care Consultants in respective territories.

Assist Wound Care Consultants with patient accounts in acute care facilities, wound care clinics, and other medical institutions.

Obtain re‑authorizations and new prescribers as needed on a monthly basis.

Conduct in‑service training for appropriate personnel in hospitals, outpatient departments, wound clinics, and private offices.

Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients and patients to achieve annual performance and territory patient goals.

Contact and visit clients to help them better understand company products and services.

Handle queries about company products and services.

Deliver product presentations to key customers and customer groups.

Generate product use by leveraging our clinical research resources and educating customers with sales collateral.

Penetrate target accounts and devote adequate time to each potential provider.

Develop detailed knowledge of the company's products.

Plan for and attend trade shows to establish new business.

Provide proactive assistance and support to clients and business partners.

Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.

Meet customer needs, offer options, resolve problems, and follow up with customers.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience: 1‑3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A passion for providing life‑changing therapy to patients with non‑healing chronic wounds.

Highly competitive with a strong track record of success.

Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel.

Interpersonal savvy within a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.

Exceptional oral and written communication.

Willingness to develop analytic skills including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management.

Ability to learn a complex sales process.

Ability to sell in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.

Valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands

Occasionally required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, bend, lift, or climb.

Occasionally required to lift up to (50 pounds or greater).

Finger dexterity required.

Hand coordination required.

Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
