Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Servicing Specialist to support servicing oversight, inquiries, and escalations within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mortgage servicing experience who can manage loan reviews, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Experience
Mortgage servicing experience is required
3–5 years of experience in client services and mortgage servicing (loan onboarding, administration, default management)
Working knowledge of escrow, insurance, tax tracking, and payment processing
Familiarity with mortgage servicing regulations and compliance standards
Ability to meet turnaround times in a high-volume environment
