Description The CED Credit Management Trainee program is designed to develop future leaders in financial management over the course of 12 to 24 months, trainees will work closely with experienced Credit Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial management. Trainees will learn to balance risk and reward to maximize profitability while working alongside CED Managers. The program includes in-depth hands‑on exposure to CED’s financial processes, customer interactions, construction law, and strategic decision‑making across multiple locations. Upon successful completion, trainees will be positioned to relocate to take on the role of Credit Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Business curriculum
Strong desire to work in a Sales and Marketing environment
Ability and willingness to relocate within the United States after training

Working Conditions This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Participate in customer visits
Gain understanding of construction laws
Compensation Compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
