We’re Hiring: President of Property Management
Flyway Ventures is a family-operated real estate company looking for a strong leader to run our property management division. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operations, financial performance, and team development across our regional portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Lead day-to-day property management operations
Drive financial performance and accountability
Build and manage a high-performing team
Improve systems, efficiency, and property performance
Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors
What we’re looking for:
Proven leadership in property management or real estate
Strong operational and financial skills
Experience managing multiple properties or a regional portfolio
Comfortable in a growing, family-run business
A practical, accountable leader who gets things done
