This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Champaign, IL. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant communication, rent collection, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements and property regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized records, preparing lease paperwork, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting property inspections. Qualifications
Strong property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, and rent collection Efficient organizational and multitasking skills to handle property records, contracts, and related documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders Familiarity with property management software and tools Knowledge of local property laws and regulations (or willingness to learn) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tasks Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to a dynamic work environment High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in property management or real estate is strongly preferred
