Job Duties Customer Service

Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Interact face‑to‑face with customers, delivering 5‑Star service.

Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.

Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.

Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

Property Maintenance

Perform daily walks of the property, clean units, and handle door operations (up to 50 lb.).

Maintain facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning storage units.

Ensure the facility meets company guidelines – clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, and doors.

Qualifications

Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.

Experience in delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder frequently.

Compensation The hourly pay rate for this role is $18.45–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
